Brushy Creek Trails : Park Rules & Regulations

Park Rules & Regulations

To ensure that the District's parks are safe and enjoyable for all ages, we ask that users of our parks and trails abide by the District's adopted park rules and regulations, a copy of which may be found by following the link below.  You may also find information about the District's commercial use of parks policy and an application form to apply for a commercial use permit.

Please note: only authorized vehicles may be in our parks, on the hike and bike trails, stormwater ponds, and all other District property.  To request access to your property from the District's parks or trails, please apply for a permit.  Motorized scooters, "pocket rocket" motorcycles, dirt bikes, go-carts, ATV's and all other motorized vehicles are STRICTLY PROHIBITED as they are hazardous to pedestrians and bicycle riders who use our parks and trails. Violators of this policy are trespassers. If you see a violation of this policy, please call the Williamson County Sheriff's Department at 943-1300 to report the violation. Thank you for your help and enjoy the parks and trails!
