Taekwondo
The Brushy Creek ATA is part of the American Taekwondo Association, the premier North American organization dedicated to the martial arts discipline of Taekwondo.
Our programs engage both the mind and body; we focus on improving fitness, strength, flexibility, and self-defense skills, as well as maintaining a positive mental attitude. Classes are structured with a variety of activities used as training tools including: forms, sparring, board breaking, self-defense techniques, and Korean weapons use.
