Ashley Wood is entering her third summer with the Brushy Creek Day Camp program. Ashley works in the Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District as the Programs Coordinator. Ashley graduated from Texas State University in May 2005 with a dual BA in Advertising and Communications Studies. Ashley is a Red Cross certified CPR/AED + First Aid instructor. She is very excited for the second summer of Camp Foxtail and can’t wait to meet all the new campers!

Alex is entering her fourth summer with the Brushy Creek Day Camps. Alex works with the District as the Event Specialist for the Programs Department and specilizes during the summer in Camp Development. Alex graduated from McNeil High School in May of 2008 and is currently attending classes at Austin Community College pursuing a degree in Education which she will complete at Texas State University in 2012. Alex loves teaching the kid’s how to play her favorite game, Sausage, and can’t wait for the field trip to Gattiland and the Movies!

Alyssa is entering her third summer as a counselor with the Brushy Creek Day Camps as the NEW Camp Specialist. Alyssa graduated from McNeil High School in May 2008 and is currently attending Texas State University and majoring in Mass Communications to be in Public Relations. Alyssa has a talent for developing creative and entertaining camp activities and has been working hard getting everything ready for this summer.

Bailey is entering her second summer as a counselor with Camp Foxtail. Bailey will graduate from McNeil High School this May and will be attending Martin Luther College in the Fall. After graduation Bailey wants to attend college to pursue either being an elementary school teacher. Bailey’s favorite part of summer camp is swimming at the pools.

Payton is entering his fourth summer as a counselor with the Brushy Creek Day Camps. Payton attends Round Rock High School where he will graduate in May 2010. After graduation Payton plans to attend study Kinesiology and become a pediatric physical therapist. Payton can’t wait to teach the campers his favorite game (that he invented) called “Payton Ball”.

Brandon is entering his third summer as a counselor with the Brushy Creek Day Camps. Brandon graduated from McNeil High School in May 2009 where he played football and ran track. Brandon now attends Sam Houston State University where he is studying to become an athletic coach. Brandon’s favorite part of camp is getting to play “Payton Ball”.

Candace is entering her fourth summer as a counselor with the Brushy Creek Day Camps. Candace is currently attending McNeil High School where she is in ROTC and will graduate in 2010. After graduation Candace plans to join the Navy and then attend college to study forensics. Candace’s favorite part of camp is the “Fear Factor” week.

Nicole is entering her first summer as a counselor with Camp Foxtail. Nicole attends Round Rock High School and will graduate in May 2010. After high school Nicole plans to attend UT San Antonio to study medicine. Nicole loves all the field trips we are going on this summer, especially the trip to Reunion Ranch and hopes all the campers enjoy it as much as she does.

Colby is entering his first summer as a counselor with Camp Foxtail. Colby attends McNeil High School where he plays Baseball. Colby looks forward to teaching new sports to the campers.

Alex is entering her first summer as an alternate counselor with Camp Foxtail but has been working in the Brushy Creek Community Center Child's Play area for almost a year. Alex plays volleyball at McNeil High School where she is a Junior.

Haillie is entering her first summer as a counselor with Camp Foxtail. Haillie attends McNeil High School where she is the Social Officer for the McNeil Dance Team. Haillie will graduate in May 2010 and plans to attend the University of Texas in Austin to major in education. Haillie enjoys playing Lava Ball and can't wait to go bowling. Hook 'Em!

Pallavi is entering her second summer as a counselor with Camp Foxtail. Pallavi graduated from Westwood High School in May 2009 and is attending college at the University of Texas at Austin to study medicine. Pallavi is our resident expert on being “green” and hopes to teach the campers a little more about what they can do to help the earth.

Laura is entering her second summer as a counselor with Camp Foxtail. Laura currently attends Austin Community College and is studying marketing to eventually become an event planner. Laura loves the Main Event field trip and can't wait to take the campers. She also enjoys all the organized sports and hopes to teach all the campers a lot about teamwork.

Megan is entering her first summer with Camp Foxtail. Megan graduated from McNeil High School and is currently obtaining her associates from ACC and techs for the Vista Ridge Colorguard. Upon graduation Megan wants to pursue being an author and advertisment designer. Megan even designed the field trip day shirts for camp this year! Megan can't wait to teach the campers Beserker Ball and get to know everyone better.

After graduation Jarrod wants to pursue becoming a Physical Therapist. Jarrod's favorite part of camp is playing games with the campers, especially dodgeball and Payton Ball!
