April 30th, 2010

Teams can start arriving at Noon for set-up/check-in

Meat Inspection must be completed by 6 pm

Live Music from 7:30 to 9:30 pm

10:00 PM: Noise Curfew/No Driving on Cook-Off Lot
May 1st, 2010

9 AM: Head Cook Meeting with Judges

10 AM: Jackpot Beans Turn In

11:30 AM: Cook's Choice Turn In
-
11 am to 2 pm: People's Choice
-
1:00PM: Chicken Turn In
-
2:30 PM: Pork Spare Rib Turn In

4:00 PM: Brisket Turn In

5:30 PM: Award Ceremony Hosted by KVET's Chris Mosser

NOON: Must be packed up and off the Cook-Off lot
Must Know Information
*You are allowed to bring your own alcohol as long as you are over 21
years of age. Please do NOT bring any alcohol in a glass container.
Cans are suggested but kegs are OK as long as they are in your space
and someone can supervise who gets alcohol from it. Any liquor
needs to be in a plastic bottle or a flask. Please drink responsibly!
*You are not allowed to give away or sell alcoholic beverages to anyone in attendance
at the Cook-Off. You will face legal consequences for doing so.
