Where can I put my Political Signs?
Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District Political Signs Regulations
In addition to the County and TexDot Political Sign Regulations the following District policies are to be strictly followed:
1. Political signs may be posted no sooner than one day before early voting begins.
2. Signs are to be no larger than 18” x 24”.
3. Signs may not be posted in the shaded areas on the attached map of the Community Center grounds.
4. Candidates whose signs are posted outside the District’s allowable area will be requested to repost their signs. If not removed within twenty-four (24) hour after requested the District will remove the signs.
5. Signs may remain on District property between the time early voting ends and the election and must be removed within forty-eight (48) hours after the election.
