Payments may be made any of the following ways:
View and/or Pay your utility bill online using a credit or debit card
(please allow 2-3 business days for payment to be received)
Direct Draft from a checking or savings account
In person at the Community Center Customer Service Office, Monday-Friday (7:00 am - 7:00 pm) or Saturday (9:00 am - 7:00 pm).
Drop payments into the white drop box located outside in front of the Community Center (payments dropped after 8:00 am will be posted on the next business day)
By mailing via USPS
By credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express) over the phone for no additional fee by calling 512-255-7871.
Please Note:
All bills are due on the due date.
Any bill not paid on the due date will incur a 15% late fee.
Any bill unpaid 15 days after the due date will incur a $25 penalty fee.
If payment is not received on or before the disconnect date, a $30 reconnection fee along with your past due amount and all late fees must be paid in full to have your services restored. All payments must to be made before 5:00 pm to have water restored on the same business day. Any payment received after 5:00 pm will be restored on the next business day.
