At the April 5, 2010 Parks and Recreation meeting, the Committee voted to return to a meeting start time of 7:00pm for all future meetings.
At the December 14, 2009 CCAC meeting, the Committee voted to conduct meetings on a bi-monthly basis starting in 2010. At the July 12, 2010 CCAC meeting, the Committee voted to change the frequency of the meetings to every odd numbered month. The following will be the meeting months for this committee: January, March, May, July, September and November.
Please note at its regular meeting on June 26, 2009, the Board of Directors dissolved the Technology Committee.
