ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS FOR BRUSHY BEND SUBDIVISION WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS

Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District will receive proposals from qualified persons or entities interested in acquiring the water system improvements serving customers within the Brushy Bend Subdivision (the “Improvements”) located outside of the District’s boundaries approximately three miles west of IH-35 off Sam Bass Road in Round Rock, Texas. The Improvements are owned and operated by the District to provide retail water service to approximately 205 retail connections. The Improvements generally consist of the internal water transmission and distribution infrastructure serving customers in the Brushy Bend Subdivision, including all related appurtenances and easement rights. The Improvements do not include any groundwater wells, water supply or production facilities, or water rights. The conveyance of Improvements would be structured as an asset sale. Initial proposals for acquisition of the Improvements must be received before 5:00 p.m. on February 2, 2015. Any person or entity that desires more information may request a copy of the Request for Proposals from Mike Petter, General Manager of the District, by emailing to m.petter@bcmud.org.
