FREE Fitness Class in Creekside Park

Join us for an outdoor High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Class!
Challenge yourself at this free, hour-long class in Creekside Park! It will be fast-paced and intense.
HIIT training can improve cardiovascular conditioning and burn fat. Please bring water and a towel or mat. See you at the Park!
