It may not seem necessary today, but if you find yourself in an emergency situation, having the proper supplies (including food, medications, vet’s contact info., etc.) ready will be a huge help.
- Name and contact information for the person who can care for your pet
- Make sure your pet has a collar with ID tags
- Vaccination records and contact information for your veterinary clinic
- Medications and daily care instructions
