Sewer Averaging Information

Wastewater/Sewer

New residents are billed based on an average usage of 7,000 gallons until the winter average is established.  The District uses a sewer average based on four (4) months of water consumption from November through February to calculate your monthly wastewater.  Residents may reduce annual bills by conserving water during these four months.  New residents may request a three-month consumption history that may be used to adjust a bill below the 7,000-gallon District average.

All sewer adjustment requests must be submitted by April 30, 2025 for consideration

The base fee in the example below is based on a 5/8" meter size:

No adjustments will be approved after April 30 of each year.
