Creekside Pool Shade Cover

Additional shade was requested during the development of the Parks Master Plan.  During the spring of 2012 the large shade tree inside the Creekside fence was struck by lightening and had to be removed, increasing the need for additional shade options at the pool.

In December 2013, Staff presented to the Parks Committee and to the Board of Directors the recommendations for the type of shade cover and location of the shade cover.  Both the Committee and the Board approved Staff's recommendation.  Staff sought pricing from vendors and T.F. Harper was selected.  The shade cover for Creekside Pool has installed.
