Sendero Spring Trail Repairs

In August of 2014 the Board approved an agreement with Halff Associates engineering firm to design improvements to the District’s trails that would reduce damage caused by stormwater. The first phase of this project was previously completed for the Woods Ephraim trail. Halff Associates had also completed the design for the improvements to the Sendero Springs and Wildcat Trails. The Board awarded a contract to Myers Construction and agreed to begin work on this project mid-February 2017.  The project is currently timed to be complete by June 2017. 

Items listed in information below include (1) the initial letter to residents regarding the start of project construction, (2) the Gantt chart indicating the steps thru to project completion and two pictures of the overall project. One picture is a (3) plan view version of the site and the other picture is a (4)  Google Map View of the project area.
