Sendero Springs Basketball Court

The Parks Master Plan listed a basketball court in Sendero Springs as a high priority.  The District did not have any sport courts in the northern part.  Sendero Springs has a pool, pavilion, and playground.  The addition of a basketball court has provided access to another recreational opportunity for families and youth in the Sendero Springs area.  The new basketball court will attract residents in the northern part of the District to recreate outside in the District's parks.  Youth now have a place to play basketball and provide a positive place to socialize.  Staff can enhance programming in the Parks by offering 3 on 3 tournaments for youth and adults.
