Coach Deborah Newkirk, Owner of Coach Em Up and Inventor of the Skill Ball is excited to prepare you for your school, rec league, or club tryout. This is our most popular volleyball camp of the summer. The camp will do much more than teach the test, we will teach our campers, our Coach Em Up kids, how to test!

 

We love to share hints and tips to effective movement and highlight the top attributes and intangibles that every coach wants on his/her team. We will focus on a batter of tests including vertical jump and agility. We will expect a hard working athlete who is ready to train and prepare. Athletes will also have 30 minutes of specialized skill training along with 20 minutes of 6 vs 6 play.
