Let's Walk!

Walking helps strengthen your bones and lowers your risk of heart disease, stroke, colon cancer and diabetes. We are setting aside time for an independent walk. You are welcome to walk in the red gym track, or weather permitting, enjoy the trail. We can provide goals & sheets to track your progress.

We will split up into groups - our brisk walkers and our leisure strollers, so you can walk at your own pace.

Plan to meet a fellow METS member (accountability helps!) or come on your own.
