DEMENTIA & MEMORY LOSS CAREGIVING WORKSHOP

Join us at the Community Center on June 10 to learn about ways to care for yourself or people you love who are taking care of someone living with memory loss or other neurodegenerative conditions. We'll discuss some of the challenges that caregivers face and strategies for well-being.  

Our presenter, Alyssa Aguirre, has been a geriatric social worker for 15 years, and has dedicated her career to improving the lives of family caregivers and individuals living with memory loss. She currently serves as the Assistant Director of Dementia Care Transformation for The University of Texas Dell Medical School Department of Neurology. Alyssa and her family are proud members of the BCC.
