High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) 60 min Class
What to Bring: Water and a Towel or Mat 


Challenge yourself at this free, hour-long class in Creekside Park! It will be fast-paced and intense. HIIT training can improve cardiovascular conditioning and burn fat. See you there!
