• Adopted Order 24-1205-01 approving the District Org. Chart with the following revisions: removed the job titles 'Controller' and 'Payroll and Accounting Specialist,' added the job titles 'Budget Analyst' and 'Senior Accountant,' both reporting to the Accounting Manager, and updated the 'Procurement Specialist' to report to the Accounting Manager.
• Adopted Order 24-1205-02 approving the District's Pay Scale with the following revisions: removed the job titles 'Controller' and 'Payroll and Accounting Specialist' and added the job titles 'Budget Analyst' and 'Senior Accountant,' both at pay scale 26.
• Approved additional payment to David Tropea payable in lump sum from the General Fund, and payable on the condition of Mr. Tropea entering into a separation agreement with the District.
• Adopted Order 24-1205-03 to approve the engagement letter with Maxwell Locke & Ritter for evaluating internal controls with a not-to-exceed amount of $8,000, funded from the FY 2025 Operations budget.
• Approved the FY26 budget calendar as presented.
