Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District will
be holding an election for Place 1, Place 3 and Place 5 District Director positions on May 8, 2010.
The filing deadline for filing an application for a place on the ballot WAS
MARCH 8, 2010.
The filing deadline for filing a declaration of write-in candidacy is
March 15, 2010

DIRECTOR INFORMATION
Directors serve 4-year terms. Board meetings are the second and fourth Thursday of each month, although additional supplemental Board meetings may be scheduled. Terms expire this year for three of five Board members:
Rebecca Tullos Place 1
Jeff Goldstein Place 3
Cris Yackle Place 5
To be qualified to serve as a Director a person must be at least 18 years old, a citizen of the United States and a resident citizen of the State of Texas and either own land subject to taxation in the District or be a qualified voter within the District. Disqualifications include, but are not limited to, applicant’s relationships to developers in the District or current Board members.

Candidate’s packets will be available February 1st and must be picked up in person at the District’s business office, 16318 Great Oaks Drive, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
