Brushy Creek North Sanitary Sewer Capacity

Location: BCMUD Sanitary Sewer System north of Sam Bass Road

Estimated Time Frame: This project is in the design phase. Construction for the project is expected to begin in 2026.

Description: Work for this project involves an evaluation of the existing sewer system and will provide solutions to ensure adequate capacity for all sewer connections in the area.

Impact to the Community: Residents who live along the project route and Brushy Creek North Park visitors are anticipated to be impacted in the following ways while work is taking place:

• The parking lot at Brushy Creek North Park will be closed and inaccessible.
• The Playscape at Brushy Creek North Park will be closed and inaccessible.
• Elements of the playscape at Brushy Creek North Park may be removed from the premises.
