Sendero Springs Park playscape design and replacement

Estimated time frame: This project was estimated to be in construction starting fall 2024. Additionally, the BCMUD Board of Directors approved the construction plans to go out to bid. The project was completed in January 2025, and the ribbon-cutting event took place Feb. 1.

Description: The park's current playscape will be replaced with a new, innovative design.

Impact to the community: Only the playscape will be closed while the project is ongoing. Visitors will still have access to the rest of Sendero Springs Park.
