NOTE: Brushy Creek M.U.D. ("District") has adopted the current UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE. New construction shall not be occupied until a "Certificate of Occupancy" is issued by Brushy Creek M.U.D. Certificate of Occupancy shall be issued after all inspections have passed and copies are received and recorded by Brushy Creek M.U.D.
I and my Company are responsible for buying and setting the meter. The meter must be approved by the District. Any meter larger than a 1-inch shall be a compound meter, or other District approved metering system. All residential and commercial construction requires a Certificate of Compliance from Williamson County. Please contact the County at (512) 943-3620.
By my signature below, I and my Company agree to follow the current edition of the Uniform Plumbing Code with local amendments and the District Rules and Regulations. I further acknowledge that I and my Company understand the necessary requirements that must be submitted to the District before a Certificate of Occupancy will be issued.
