Bulk Item Pick-Up Request Form

To request a bulk pick-up, click here, then click "Request Bulky Pickup." Fill out the applicable information and submit.

  • After submitting this form, you will receive a request receipt.  This receipt is NOT a confirmation.
  • Once your bulk pick-up has been scheduled, a separate confirmation email will be sent to you with your pick-up date.
    • Your pick up will be scheduled on the first available Saturday.
    • All bulk item requests must be submitted by Thursday at noon to be scheduled for the upcoming Saturday. Requests submitted after this deadline will be scheduled for the following Saturday.
    • Only items listed on the request form will be picked up. Call 512-255-7871 and select option 2 (512-255-7871, option 5 during holidays and after hours) if items need to be added to the bulk pickup by noon on Thursday prior to the scheduled pickup.
    • Items that are not listed on the request form will not be picked up.
    • All items must be out on the curb by 7 a.m. We suggest the night before. If items are not on the curb by 7 a.m. the bulk will still be counted toward the two annual curbside pickups. A new bulk pickup would need to be scheduled through Customer Service.
  • Do not place items at the curb until you receive confirmation.
  • The person requesting the bulk item pick-up must be listed on the utility account.
  • Appliances (refrigerant must be removed - written certification from a licensed technician certifying refrigerant has been removed is required)
  • Wood (must be nail free)
  • Water Heater (must be drained)
  • Soft Metal (ex: basketball goals, fence posts)
  • Unacceptable Items - These items are NOT accepted for Bulk Pick-Up

Brushy Creek MUD Residents can choose two (2) annual curbside pick-ups per year at no additional cost.
