• Approved July 9, 2026 Board Meeting Minutes.
• Approved a FY2026 budget adjustment appropriating $79,660 from the Board Contingency to fund startup costs and approximately two months of salary, benefits, and payroll taxes for the Construction Manager position, and authorize posting and hiring of the position during FY2026.
• Adopted Order 26-0813-01 approving the Brushy Creek MUD Tree Maintenance Policy.
• Adopted Order No. 26-0813-02 approving the revised District Employee Pay Scale.
• Adopted Resolution 26-0813-01 approving the District Organization Chart with the revisions as presented.
• Accepted Board Contingency and Capital Projects and Fund Balance report as presented.
• Accepted Parks and Recreation and Shared Services Projects status report as presented.
• Accepted personnel matters report as presented.
• Accepted Prior Board of Directors' Direction for Action by District Staff and Board of Directors status report as presented.
• Accepted the bid submitted by Equix Integrity Southeast, Inc. in the amount of $218,698.00 and approve the issuance of the Notice of Award.
• Adopted Order No. 26-0813-03 approving a contract with CEF Group for fabrication and installation of a cave gate at Beck Ranch Cave and repairs to cave gate hardware at Beck Beside the Road Cave, Beck Bridge Cave, and Zapata Cave, and appropriating $17,000 from the Board Contingency to fund the contract, and the respective budget adjustment.
• Adopted Order 26-0813- 04 approving renewal of the three-year BuyBoard contract with UniFirst Corporation for janitorial supply and laundering services, with funding from the District's operating budgets
• Approved the 100% design plans for the Community Park Playground Project, with adding additional shade options for the swings and bouncers.
• Accepted the Parks and Recreation Operations report as presented.
• Authorized the General Manager to determine best value for commercial ride-on floor scrubber.
• Adopted Order 26-0813-05 approving the amended District Rate Order revising District rates, fees, charges, and penalties.
• Adopted Order 26-0813-06 calling an Election for Directors with direction to attach 2026 Voting Center Information (polling locations, hours and dates) after receipt from Williamson County. Adopted Order 26-0813-07 approving Joint Election Agreement and Agreement with Williamson County for Election Services and to authorize execution by the General Manager. Adopted Resolution 26-0813-03 approving Voting Equipment Form.
• Authorized Notice of Election, by [posting], to provide notice of election to Williamson County and to post notice of election on the District website. The final form of the Notice will be revised to include precinct, location, time and date language not yet provided by Williamson County.
• Approved FY27 project concept, with a budget not to exceed $20,000, to engage a qualified Human Resources consultant to facilitate review and modification of the District's Personnel Policy.
• Adopted Order 26-0813-08 approving the revised Raw Water Rate charged to Williamson County for park irrigation, authorize issuance of the required notice to Williamson County, and approve an increase in the Monthly Volumetric Rate from $1.06 to $1.09 per 1,000 gallons and the Excess Water Rate from $1.59 to $1.64 per 1,000 gallons.
• Accepted the Final Report of the Water and Wastewater Cost of Service and Rate Study, as presented in the supplement.
• Adopted Resolution No. 26-0813-03 expressing official intent to reimburse all capital expenditures costs in connection with the project described on Exhibit "A" (the "Project") prior to the issuance of obligations to finance the "Project".
• Adopted Order 26-0813-09 establishing the proposed 2026 tax rates as follows:
