Similar to the other two parks in this project, rain delayed some of the demolition process and site preparation. This park was first to start the general lay out. Excavation was completed the week of March 5. Concrete forms started the week of March 12 with the anticipation for the first concrete pours to occur the following week. Once all the forms were put in place at Pepper Rock Park, the construction team will move to the Highland Horizon and Sendero Springs Parks.   (Project History)
