Sendero Springs Park playscape design and replacement

Estimated time frame: Currently in the design phase, this project is estimated to be in construction from Q3 2024 - Q4 2024. Additionally, the BCMUD Board of Directors approved the construction plans to go out to bid. The bidding process is anticipated to last about six weeks. Construction will follow. 

Description: The park's current playscape will be replaced with a new, innovative design.

Impact to the community: Only the playscape will be closed while the project is ongoing. Visitors will still have access to the rest of Sendero Springs Park.
