Brushy Creek North Neighborhood Sign Relocation

Location: Great Oaks Drive across the street from the BCMUD Water Treatment Facility

Estimated Time Frame: Construction is anticipated to begin the week of Oct. 20, 2025, and be completed by mid-November 2025. 

Description: The neighborhood sign previously located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Sam Bass Road and Great Oaks Drive will be replaced and relocated across the street from the BCMUD Water Treatment Facility near the Sam Bass Fire Department facility.

Impact to Community: There is no impact to the community anticipated for this project.
