Emergency Interconnect at Water Treatment Plant with Round Rock

Location: Water Treatment Facility

Estimated Time Frame: Design work for this project began in 2025, and construction is anticipated to begin in 2027.

Description: Work for this project involves constructing an emergency water interconnect between Brushy Creek MUD and the city of Round Rock.

Impact to Community: There will be no impact to the community with regard to construction, but once completed, the interconnect will provide redundancy and resiliency to the water supplies of Brushy Creek MUD and the city of Round Rock.
