Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District is currently renovating the District maintenance property located near the Great Oaks Dr. and Hairy Man Rd. bridge. Work began in November 2019 and the project was completed in the Summer of 2020. The new Maintenance Facility provides much needed storage and interior workspace for District maintenance equipment.

The District has allocated greenspace for visitors to enjoy a view of the creek on the edge of the property. This area will be available when the Great Oaks Bridge Project is completed by Williamson County.
