Brushy Creek hires lifeguards year-round! Lifeguards ensure the safety of families using the community swimming pools by preventing and responding to emergency situations. No prior lifeguarding experience is required. Choose from a variety of shifts: early morning, lunch, afternoon, and evening shifts are available. Work part time and have FUN while earning $$. Hiring age minimum is 15+.

Lifeguard Certification Reimbursement Incentive:
- Attend and pass a District Lifeguard Certification Class.
- Complete a Summer 2024 Aquatics Commitment Form.
Complete these two steps to be eligible for 100% reimbursement of your 2024 Brushy Creek Lifeguard Certification Course fee.*
*This only applies while spots are available.
Additional incentives:
- A lifeguard who works an average of 20 hours or more per week with at least one weekend shift (minimum of 4 hours) is eligible for a $50 bonus.
- A lifeguard who works two shifts per week between May 11 and June 14 receives $50. A lifeguard who works one shift a week between Aug. 10 and Sept. 2 receives $50.
- A lifeguard is eligible for a dedication incentive of $25 when working a minimum of 4 hours on Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.
How do I get started?
A Brushy Creek Lifeguard must hold a current Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.
