CHAIR YOGA
This uplifting and relaxing class will improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, circulation, balance, posture and breathing. We spend most of the class seated, with a short amount of time standing, using the chair for balance. Options will be given for those who would like to remain seated. This gentle but effective class is suitable for anyone, including experienced practitioners and those with limitations. If you want to start moving, start here! You will leave feeling like you've taken a breath of fresh air.
