9/4/2025 - NOTICE: Changes to solid waste/recycling schedules began Nov. 6, 2025
Dear Brushy Creek MUD residents,
We want to take this opportunity to inform you about changes taking place through our solid waste and recycling collection service provider, Texas Disposal Systems (TDS).
We would also like to invite you to download the Waste Wizard app, which helps TDS customers stay up to date on service alerts and scheduling changes, collection dates, and proper disposal procedures.
Please note, your current pick-up day may be changing.
District into four zones, and information detailing solid waste and recycling pick-up schedules for each zone are included in this packet, as well as on the TDS website. Beginning Nov. 6, 2025, BCMUD residents will have a new pick-up schedule. We strongly encourage District residents to review the information packet and website to identify updated new service days. Please refer to the information below for a quick look at the new recycling schedules:

The packet and the website include valuable information about allotted bulk pick-ups, acceptable and unacceptable solid waste and recycling items, observed holidays, and yard waste allowances.
