Dear Brushy Creek MUD residents, 

Customer Service will be closed Jan. 1, 2026 for the New Years Day holiday and Jan. 17-19 for the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday. Customer Service will work reduced hours from 8 a.m.-noon on Dec. 31, 2025.  For water emergencies, call 512-255-7871 and dial extension 508 for water on call. The Customer Service office will reopen during normal hours on Jan. 2, 2026. 

Additionally, the BCMUD Community Center, located at 16318 Great Oaks Drive, will be closed Jan. 1, 2026 for the New Years Day holiday. The Community Center will be open during reduced hours from 8 a.m.-noon Dec. 31, 2025, for the New Years Eve holiday. Normal operating hours will resume at the Community Center on Jan. 2, 2026.
