Dear Brushy Creek MUD residents,

Beginning February 2026, Customer Service Representatives will temporarily operate at the member services desk at the Community Center’s Red Lobby while renovations of the Administration wing are underway. The renovation project is anticipated to last approximately 100 days.

While renovations are taking place, Member Services Representatives will still be stationed at the Blue Lobby desk located within the Recreation wing of the Community Center. A Member Services Representative will also be at a temporary workstation set up in the Red Lobby and members may still check in at that location.

All other areas of the Community Center will remain open, operating hours will not change, and Customer Service may still be reached at 512-255-7871, Option 1, or by emailing customerservice@bcmud.org.
