The fitness gym at the BCMUD Community Center, located at 16318 Great Oaks Drive, received cutting-edge new exercise equipment on Jan. 23.

If you’re not already a member, now is the time to sign up and take advantage of our new Deadlift Elite, Hip Thrust Elite, and Smith machine!

These machines are easy to use and designed to safely isolate glute, hip, and leg muscles, adding a whole new dimension to your workout.
