Thanks to Scout Phillipe Dalton

Many thanks to Scout Phillipe Dalton for working with the District on the Storm Drain Marking Program. The Program increases awareness of the hazards of dumping unwanted materials into inlets which flow into waterways. Phillipe presented his Eagle Scout Project proposal to the Board and recruited volunteers to place 50 storm drain markers in the Highland Horizon neighborhood. His project helps the Board achieve their goal toward aiding in the planning and development of leadership skills for individuals and service groups.
