4/30/2015 - District Seeking Proposals for Woods-Ephraim Greenbelt Trail Repairs

Woods of Brushy Creek Trail & Drainage Improvements RFP

Brushy Creek MUD is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide the repairs to the Woods-Ephraim Greenbelt trails located within the District, in Round Rock, TX. The District’s Board of Directors has approved the Architect’s project repair/construction plans and specifications for the repairs to the trails. The vendor is to provide all labor, equipment and process machinery required for the proper construction of the work as listed in accordance with the project construction documents and specifications. The project repair/construction documents were created and provided by Halff Engineering and are available upon request by contacting the District. There will be a trail walk-through on May 18, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.  Vendors are to meet in the lobby of the Brushy Creek Community Center, located at 16318 Great Oaks Drive, Round Rock, TX.

Bid Responses are due from Vendors and will be opened publicly on June 1, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. at the Brushy Creek Community Center.

Brushy Creek MUD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technical or legal deficiencies, and to accept any Bid Response that may deem to be in the best interest of the District.
